MD69JCB Weatherproof Junction Box

The MD96JCB is a sturdy, weatherproof Junction Box constructed from marine grade billet aluminium. This versatile box can be upgraded from a 16-way to a 32-way connection, ensuring a robust solution for your Marine Data needs.

OVERVIEW

The MD96JCB stands out as a weatherproof, durable Junction Box, expertly machined to facilitate quick, secure, and protected connections of Marine Data equipment to a vessel’s cabling system.Designed for ease of use, it features internal screw Terminal Blocks conveniently mounted inside the enclosure base or lid. The standard configuration includes 2×8-way Terminal Blocks, but you can enhance its capabilities with an optional Terminal Block Kit, allowing expansion up to 32-way.

This junction box comes equipped with 2x M25 and 2x M16 plastic Cable Glands that accommodate a variety of cable sizes, ranging from 5 mm to17 mm in diameter. Optional stainless steel glands and blanking plugs are also available. The cable ports are sealed with two blanking plugs (one of each size). The MD96JCB can be bulkhead or pedestal mounted and includes an external M6 Earth Stud for grounding.

Finishing off its robust design, the MD96JCB is coated in Window Grey (RAL7040) Semi-gloss Powder Coat, complementing other marine navigation equipment.The MD96JCB Junction Box from Marine Data offers a flexible application, is easy to install, simple to maintain, and built to last.
