MD96JCB Weatherproof Junction Box

The MD96JCB is an exceptionally durable and weatherproof junction box crafted from marine grade billet aluminium. It can be upgraded from a 16-way connection to a 32-way configuration, making it a flexible solution for various applications.

OVERVIEW
The MD96JCB is designed to facilitate quick, secure, and protected connections between Marine Data equipment and a ship’s cabling. Its rugged nature ensures reliable performance in demanding environments. The internal screw terminal blocks are conveniently mounted inside the enclosure base or lid, allowing for easy access and termination. The junction box comes standard with 2×8-way terminal blocks, but an optional terminal block kit is available to expand to 32-way connections.

It is equipped with 2x M25 and 2x M16 plastic cable glands to accommodate a variety of cable sizes ranging from 5 mm to17 mm in diameter. Optional stainless steel glands and blanking plugs are also available. Two cable ports include blanking plugs of both sizes. The MD96JCB can be bulkhead or pedestal mounted and features an external M6 Earth Stud.
